Four days of yoga, meditation, healing touch, and hands-on Thai Massage training in a peaceful retreat setting designed for both learning and restoration.

This retreat is for those who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the first introduction into traditional thai massage through the lens of Traditional Thai Medicine. Whether you are a massage therapist, yoga teacher, healthcare practitioner, complete beginner, or someone who feels called to learn, you will leave this experience feeling held, and understanding how to give and receive touch in a way that brings people and yourself back to wholeness.

Learn to Give and Receive Healing Touch

Unlike many trainings that focus solely on learning techniques, and the learning process, in this unique blend of retreat and training, we are aiming to allow for deep learning and embodied experience to happen. for learning and restoration to be happening simultaneously. Each day, participants will partner together to give and receive a 90-minute Thai Massage session.

This creates a unique rhythm of learning, practice, and restoration where the body receives as much as the mind studies.
