Kundalini and the Chakras

What are these mystical centers that inform the founding medical systems? What does it mean to have spiraling energy vortexes in the body?

 In this course, I aim to demystify these energy centers and to provide a safe container for every individual in this program to have a personal exploration into their own energy centers in their body.

  Our body does not exist body separate from mind, and mind separate from spirit. Understanding the chakras is a way to understand how our emotions are related to our physical body.

  If you have ever touched your heart when someone tells you of the lost of a loved one, you ALREADY have embodied the understandings of where emotion meets our biology.

  In this course you will begin a personal journey into understanding your own emotions and how the mental body and physical body relate. You will learn to relate with physical illness in a new way so that you can relate with and address physical needs alongside mental and emotional needs.

  This seven week journey is deeply personal to your own experience and we WILL get personal. Our private ONLINE Facebook forum will give us an intimate space to discuss our own experience with the meditations, journal prompts along with personal insights and reflections.

  This course is 7 weeks. One week for every main energy center in the body. 

 This course will involve:

  -Journal prompts

  -Access to a private Facebook group

 – A community to share and interact with others along this journey

 -Once a week lecture video with Ali about each chakra will be made available to access.
