Rooted in the perspective of the Yoga Sūtras, James Nohinek will explore meditation not as an abstract ideal, but as a practical discipline for steadying the mind, reducing anxiety, and becoming free from mental chatter. Each session is intended to help students develop a more easeful relationship with their practice while building real consistency over time.
