What Sets This Training Apart

This is not a performance-based training.

You won’t be memorizing scripts or polishing surface-level sequences.

Instead, you’ll learn to teach from direct perception — rooted in rhythm, prana, and understanding that emerges from practice.

Samadhi: The Orientation

We begin where most traditions end.

Samadhi is treated as an initial orientation, not an attainment. The Yoga Sutra is studied as a pedagogical text that places samadhi first, and every technique is interpreted in reference to that state.

The Yoga Sutra: Orientation to Samadhi

The Yoga Sutra provides the orienting framework for this training.

Samadhi is understood as the initial condition from which yoga is practiced and taught. The text trains perception before method, and orientation before technique.

Ayurveda: The Interpretive Lens

Ayurveda is taught as a clinical and perceptual system, not as personality typing or wellness branding.

Students learn to read patterns as they appear in real bodies and real lives, and to adapt practice accordingly.

This includes:

  • Doshic patterns as shifts, not identities
  • Seasonal, life-stage, and practice-stage rhythms
  • Nutrition, daily rhythms, and lifestyle interventions
  • Interpretation for both self-inquiry and teaching

Tantra: The Method of Embodiment

This is not performative or aesthetic tantra.

The training engages subtle inner practices — breath, bandha, mantra, and attention — to stabilize presence and transmission.

This includes:

  • Breath and bandha-based inner techniques
  • Mantra as vibrational and perceptual training
  • Attention through energetic pathways
  • Layering somatic and subtle awareness

What Develops Through This Training

This training refines how teaching is understood and enacted, placing less emphasis on doing more and greater emphasis on seeing more clearly.

Over time, the work supports:

• A steadier orientation to samadhi as the ground of practice

• Increased precision in perception and assessment

• The ability to adjust teaching without reliance on formula

• Ease working across different bodies, conditions, and stages of practice

• Discernment around timing, intervention, and restraint

• Confidence grounded in understanding rather than accumulation
